Palmetto Pediatric Dentistry

I live a hour away from Florence and had an appointment for two children for two weeks. Gave insurance information over the phone not once but twice. Representative name Heather called yesterday to verify insurance at 9:30 am. So I'm on the way with both children at 11am for a 12:15 appointment and Heather calls at 11:07am to tell me that they want an insane amount to see both children because our insurance wasn't ran correctly. I asked for the office manager to call me back and still nothing. Can you believe that Heather asked if she could reschedule after all of that? Absolutely not! Please be careful when using this company, they have no concern for you at all!!

Don't even want to give them one star! Very rude and trashy. They treat patients like garbage. We were scheduled for an 1130 appointment today and it got reschedule to another patient because they didn't update my information when I fave it to them. I almost slapped all the women in the office even the lowlife dentist they have working there. I will never use them again and requested my kids files to be mailed to me asap!

Amazing staff and Dr!! Took so much time with my son and explained the procedure to me and his dad! Felt very comfortable that my son was in very capable and experienced hands with the staff and especially the DR!!!!

Office staff dishonest. Also wait is very long. Made the worst mistake in taking my child here.

Took my niece to this office/Doctor for the first time today. Very nice Doctor who was really nice and "down to earth." Felt really comfortable knowing that she actually took time out to talk to me directly about my niece. My niece did well and we will definately continue using this doctor.
