        We got some very poor service and treatment at the David McLeod Blvd Lowe's in Florence. My sister and I are restoring an old house. When she walked in wearing her jeans and t-shirt and ballcap, her painting clothes, she was ignored. I suppose dressed like you are working warrants that you get treated like a nobody, despite the fact that you have spent thousands of dollars ordering online from this company. I had to go myself and ask for help in the paint department, needing two gallons, since the assistant was nowhere to be found. When I did find him, he had no idea what the "woodrow wilson white" color was. It is most definitely a color with one of their major brands...Seems like most experienced sales people would remember that one. When I picked up his cane he dropped, I was not told "Thank you" or "Kiss my a**". I was not acknowledged for doing that either. We had heard negative reviews from local people about the Florence store. We found out firsthand how correct they were.
