Fatz Café

The service needs some work at it ,comes to the table once after I gets my meal has tell another waiter to bring drinks to table poor s service quality... 😐

Very friendly, relaxing atmosphere. The foods was great! Our server, Sasha, was very polite, friendly and attentive.

Atmospere was relaxing but instead of sitting with other guest we was placed at the back next to the door with the workers eating n talking around. The palmer is delious but my broil shrimp was alittle spicy n dry.As for the service we was probaly checked on the whole hr. We was dining.

I love Fatz in Florence. The food is great and the service is wonderful.

I' ve always had a very good expreince with all the locations that I have visited until I went to the florence s.c. resturant. There we encountered a terrible oder at the first booth they sat us at. It smelt like some one had thrown up. Then when we got our order the potato soup was extremly watered down and was not the quality that we are used to getting. It will not stop us from visiting the other locations in our area but I don't know if we will return to Florence any time soon.
