Vertex Professional Group

I'm a Board Member in my Condo Community and Vertex does a great job as our management company. You can tell they really know their stuff and have a great understanding of property management.

Our Board was in bad financial trouble from another management company and Vertex stepped in and saved the day! We now have a healthy reserve account and our community looks great.

We can't thank Vertex enough for everything they did for us!

Great Management Company! Best in Kentucky and Ohio by far. We went through 3 other Management Companies before we found Vertex and we are sure glad Vertex was there to help us! WOW!

Take note, they will do the bare minimum and nothing more. Make sure to get anything that is promised to you in writing as their word is worth less than the air used to speak it.

I've heard the excuse "We're working on it" more than once now - and still no action.
This company clearly over promises and under delivers.
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID VERTEX PROFESSIONAL GROUP.

They are horrible. Everyone they send does damage. Completely incompetent contractors that they recommend.
