employees, managers, and owners have no desires to fix issues. they refuse to find solutions to problems they caused themselves. they blamed their mistakes entirely on the customer and have the lowest customer service of any hair salon I’ve ever been in. their only job it to color/cut/style the hair as the customer wants and they did just the opposite. this is the worst experience I’ve ever had, not only within a hair salon, but in businesses in general. I do not recommend this to anybody who would like to get their hair done how they want without ratchet mistakes. I will never go back there and do not wish this type of mistreatment on anybody.

I was highly disappointed with my visit. The color I received was way off from what I asked and I was charged an obscene amount of money for it. When I attempted to talk to the owner about the issue, I was directed to just speak to the lead receptionist who simply broke down the pricing and then apologized for the fact that the website does correctly reflect it. In response to the horrible color I was simply told that everyone has a different idea of what red /Auburn hair looks like and I should have been more clear withow the stylist. I am highly disappointed that the owner did not deal with this issue herself and that no attempt at fixing the problem was ever made.
