They were completely unprofessional and did not disclose the previous crimes, assaults, and robberies WITHIN the building--Not in the area but IN the building. They actually seemed completely unconcerned and lacing any compassion after I informed them that our apartment was BROKEN INTO BY THREE MEN WITH GUNS. UNSAFE HOUSING. They told us the day of the lease signing ( for an apartment in brookyn) that their office was in Long Island. Very inconvenient and uncommunicative. The super is impossible to get in touch with and management does nothing to help. You actually have to call the management company and schedule an appointment to have anything fixed and wait a week to have the super come at a completely inconvenient time which you have no control over. Do not use this company!
