I went in to look at some dresses as I'm getting married in a year. The sales girl asked if she could help me find something, I told her what I was looking for and she walked away and started chatting with a co worker, Needless to say I was very upset, and walked right back out the door and I will NOT be going back. I wouldn't give them a star rating at all if I didn't have to to post this.

These ladies were so rude at this store. All I did was call to see if they had a dress in stock. I was hung up on, put on hold for 20 minutes, and was then told everyone in the store was busy and to call back later to have someone look for me. I was outraged and will never set a foot in that store. The people there are lazy and unprofessional.

We went with David's Bridal due to a time constraint. (online orders would not be in for over 3 months) Our sales associate was a mess; not someone you would want helping you pick out your dress. The selection was minimal, but I did find a dress I love. My gown and MOH dress had to be shipped from another store. I was told I would receive a PHONE CALL when each arrived. Instead, I found an email in my inbox a week after the MOH dress arrived, and never received a call or email for my gown. My gown had been at the store for almost 2 WEEKS. I would not recommend David's Bridal in Flint unless you are on a time crunch. Go smart; shop online.
