        I have been a customer of Fifth Third Bank for over 20 years while living in Ohio and in Fleming Island. I also have bank accounts with Chase Bank and PNC Bank. In my own experience, the Fleming Island branch staff is by far the best of all 3 the banks where I have accounts. Chris Rakofsky and her staff are extremely helpful and address all my questions and concerns with a very high level of urgency and problem solving demeanor. I commend their high level of professionalism and customer focus. I wish my other banks would take care of their clients the way Chris and her staff do.
