Leo’s Coney Island

Inconsistant food, dont get orders correct, and nobody seems to care. I do not think I will go there anymore.

We have been to Leo's in Flat Rock about 10 times in the past year. Last night was our last. There was an issue with the blue cheese on my Cobb salad. I have ordered this salad at least 6 different times and everything was good. This time, however, the taste of the cheese was simply bad. I did eat about 1/2 the salad trying to get used to it, then I gave up. I told the waitress. She said they checked the cheese and it looked ok, but they would throw it out. I was still charged full price for the salad. Further, my husband ordered chili cheese fries. The cheese was nacho cheese sauce instead of real cheddar. It only takes one bad experience to sour us from a restaurant. We have soured on Leo's in Flat Rock. Bye-bye.

Went here for breakfast yesterday and it was great! Food was fresh and well prepared and the waitress was personable and professional. A huge step up from the other Coney in Flat Rock that I will not mention. I will definitely be going back.

I love good experiences from a local business!

Food was ok and waitress was nice. But I was charged for a condiment. My son prefers whipped cream on his pancakes instead of syrup. The waitress told me the OWNER said I had to be charged extra to have whipped cream. Not that the $1.00 extra charge was going to ruin my meal. But the point to have to pay for condiments will keep me from ever returning to this restaurant again.
