Walmart - Pharmacy

this is the second time I have picked up a prescription and the amount of pills in the bottle is wrong it said 60 there were only 45 who do I complain to the pharmacists completely denied everything in making a mistake

I had to call three times and a total of 15 minutes before I received any attention. I was trying to see if they had a specific office chair in stock. The guy at customer service asked for a model # so i gave it to him. When he came back he said that he found a different one and it was less expensive. I replied with "that's great but do you have the specific model # i was asking about?" He then said "oh, well i don't know!"....I continued to wait on hold after having to ask him for a manager like 30 times!!!!....Rachel the assistant manager then came on the phone and had nothing to say about the ridiculously long wait! When i asked her to check for the product she then replied with "Well your going to have to wait because i need to go ALLLLLLLL the way to the back of the store because I'm ALLLLLLLL the way in the front of the store." She said it just like that which my thought is "I'm so sorry for making you have to do your job, maybe next time I will just go somewhere else where they will be more than happy to help me and take my money!"



I am mortified at the customer service I received here today! : (
