After four decades of proudly representing consumers, I am moving into retirement. I have significantly downsized my office, but I still remain open with my smaller staff working remotely. I will continue to serve all my current clients, including those of you who I have seen but have not retained me yet. I will be continuing to take Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies on a referral only basis. I will also be offering legal consultations on other matters for a small fee and will be able to refer you to my large web of experienced attorneys who specialize in your legal matter if I cannot represent you. And, I will still do simple wills. Being informed is one of the best ways to confront your legal needs. You cannot make an informed decision about your options without competent information. Power of Attorney
We also represent clients in releasing tax levies and liens. We have all our clients sign a power of attorney, which allows us to deal directly with the IRS or the State of Arizona, so you will never have to talk with them.
