Rocheleau Tool & Die is a family-owned business established in 1938 by Leopold A. Rocheleau. The company specializes in designing a variety of space-saving blow molding machinery and trimming equipment. Its machinery is ideal for a variety of applications, including dairy products, food processing, industrial containers, household products, personal care items, medical packaging, toys and specialty bottles. The primary machinery line has several reciprocating screw blow molding machines, including the RS-25 for high volume dairy bottle production and custom molding, with up to eight-cavity head configurations; RS-70 for production of school milk bottles, with up to 10-cavity head configurations; and R-4 for larger size bottle production, with up to three-cavity head configurations. Its line also includes a continuous extrusion blow molding machine, the CS-1for continuous production of bottles with calibrated neck finish, with up to four-cavity head configurations. Rocheleau Tool & Die has its headquarters in Fitchburg, Mass.
