        Let me start off by saying that this 1 star rating is not a rating for the doctor that I saw or the physical therapy that I received. They deserve a 5 star rating.

        This is a rating for their third-party biller. I have made $125.00 in payments. My checks were cashed and not one was posted. When I called the billing "dept" I was told that those were posted to "other" visits of which they have no date for. When I suggested that I send them my cancelled checks, they didn't know what a cancelled check was...not kidding..the man asked me what I meant by a cancelled check. I told him that it was my proof that I had paid and that they had cashed my check and he asked "if I had sent them a check". Either the people that work for the billing company are extremely dense, there's a big language barrier or they plain out don't care. I suggest that when you pay these people, that you pay them in full and at time of service, otherwise you'll have no idea where your payments are going and neither will they.
