Hudson Valley Kickboxing Centers

My main form of working out. Hudson Valley Kickboxing has helped me lose over 40lbs in the past year and change. I've lost the weight but gained so much confidence. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I recommend this place to anyone looking to change their lifestyle.

On my first day of trying out Kickboxing, i automatically knew i wanted to be a member and so i signed up to be a student before i walked out the door.. The staff and people are great, everyone is their to motivate you to keep pushing yourself. The classes are extremely fun that you wont realize how time flew by so fast. At the end of your workout, you will feel accomplished and great about yourself! I try to attend the class as much as i can because i enjoy going and as well love the great feeling of how much i sweat, it shows me that i did a good job. In the gym, i had no one their to push me to go or better yet no one there to push me to do more while at the gym. I am grateful to have great teachers at Hudson Valley Kickboxing to help me have tons of fun and also sweat a lot! I strongly recommend coming here to have a great workout and also to have lots of fun at the same time =]!
