Doggie Do's

My boyfriend took our dog to be groomed here, and upon return, our dog was buzzed without request, and the experience was extremely disappointing. I called to speak with the owner, Jennifer, to express my frustration. Jennifer was extremely curt with me on the phone and abruptly hung up without hearing my complete story. She told me, "this is why she doesn't take new customers."



Jennifer should feel embarrassed about the way she spoke to a paying customer who calmly and respectfully called to discuss a bad experience. Rather than listen to the feedback and apologize, she immediately discounted my experience and hung up the phone. I have never written a poor review about a business, and I feel strongly about the way I was treated here from start to finish.



Do not take your dog here. At first, I thought this was a bad haircut. I now feel it is overall a bad business.
