Great location - fast service if you tell the you need it quick. I have only used them about 3 times So far so good

Not sure why anyone would leave negative feedback from this family. Excellent service. They can shorten a jackets length by taking the zipper out completely and moving it up and reattaching which is very impressive!

Just wanted to thank you for altering my formal gown. Your work was both fast and extremely well done to me exact specifcations. You now have a loyal customer and I plan to send everyone I know. Thanks again and see you soon!

I have never had a problem with Mr. G and the family at Express alterations. They always call if they need more time and If I need the item I will tell them and they make it happen! I have been using them for 10 years. The work they do it is the best around!

I did not use this service because when I called to inquire about services I was treated like I was an inconvenience to the person who answered. On top of everything this company is named EXPRESS but it was going to take 2 days to get 3 pair of pants hemmed. Ummmm ok when express enters my mind I think of fast service, quickly and many other a synonyms; however the only thing express about this company was the customer service representative trying to get me off the phone. First impressions really do make a difference. I would find some place more personal and not in such a rush.

Rude service! They do not honor their own coupons. Items was not finished on pick-up date & time. Rushed job , items were dirty from her dragging on floor. Stated items were steamed they were still dirty & wrinkled. Overcharged and it took 4 visits to get 1 item right it was never ready at pick- up time. the finished product was horrible I had to cut loose thread & material press down flap where it was fixed at.



Ths solution to all of this is to listen. Don't give empty promises. Respect people. PRESENTATION
