Springwood Apartments

Too strict landlord makes rules up as she goes pretty bad everyone got a note saying we weren't allowed to back in because the fumes kill the grass...that would make sense if she wrote that in the spring or summer but attached it to our door in dead winter...needs to review the lease they type up most definitely doesn't get right to the point of EVERYTHING...picks her favorite tenants and bitches at the ones she doesn't like I highly recommend seeking elsewhere we are...

Rent is cheap, grounds are well kept. The apartments are very old fashioned with patterned wall paper and dark wood plastic baseboards. The air conditioners/heaters are very old, resulting in high electric bills.

The manager is very friendly. Overall it's a nice place to live, but the rules are very strict. Everyone keeps to themselves pretty much, which is nice.
