I shopped at the Findlay store in December and met with Ms Tara DeHaven - she was absolutely fabulous and incredibly helpful. She made my shopping experience a dream - she is high knowledgeable in terms of the products that I was shopping for and helpful with design decisions She made numerous trips around the store as I was choosing the furniture. She is top notch and I will highly recommend her to my friends.

Great customer service!! Jim was so knowledgeable and patient. We didn't feel pressure as we walked around but at the same time we didn't feel ignored. He checked in with us asking what questions we had. We honestly can't imagine purchasing furniture from anywhere else OR anyone else. Jim is so awesome !!! We had never even considered buying a protection plan before speaking to him - to us after hearing his explanation, it was a no brainer to us. I don't normally leave reviews (good or bad) but feel compelled to say if your looking for a good experience - go to Ashley furniture in Findlay, Ohio and ask for Jim Wilson...you won't be disappointed!!!
