festus garden apartments are a good place to live and good managerment and remember home is what u make it if u hang with bad people well of course u gonna say festus garden is a bad place to live cause u started drama and now people starting drama with u just be yourself and do good and stay out of drama i know good people who lives there for years and never had a problem and i know someone who just moved there and they love it so with that draw your own conclusion

I cannot believe that Festus Garden Apartments hasn't been reported to the BBB by now. The apartments are ok by section 8 standards and the maintenance men are great. The problem that I, as well as everyone on the property, has is the manager Jennifer. It will never understand who gave this woman a job. She has no idea what she's doing and when anyone tries to talk an issue out with her she starts screaming. A lot of residents have threatened to leave just because of her. She plays favorites on the property and is the most unprofessional manager I've ever had to deal with. Complaints have been made but upper management has done nothing. If this complex didn't have such an incompetent manager, it would be ok.
