        Overall

        I had lost a nut while working on my car and since it was no longer drivable, I took a cab ride up to Ace to buy a nut. I specifically asked the rep for a graded strength hardened steel nut, he sold me some cheap $0.23 and told me it was all they had. While torqueing down the nut, it not only stripped the nut, it stripped my special Acura bolt and now I am in WORSE shape than I was in the first place. This was a very BAD experience with an employee NO better than the average IDIOT that works at Home Dept. Now I am left with NO CAR for the weekend and I will have to go to the Acura dealer in Jax on Monday to special-order a new bolt and nut. A very COSTLY and time-consuming experience.
