Poor Customer Service. After taking our money and confirming our reservation, we were moved from a Beachfront condo with pool access to a inland house without an adjacent pool. The company reserves the right to move you to a comparable unit (stated in their rental policy), but that unit may not be an oceanfront condo with pool access. The owner of the Company said the error was with the booking agent who would be reprimanded. We did receive our money back, but have had to scramble to find another open condo during spring break. I do not recommend based on my experience.

The units Amelia Rentals offers are gorgeous. You won't find any better! The staff is also professional and kind - you just can't beat it!

The location was awesome. Amelia Rentals also has a great staff who works hard to help customers.

I used Amelia Rentals when I went on vacation in April. Everything was perfect and I couldn't have asked for more. They helped us through the whole rental process and answered any questions we had.

I have been using Amelia Rentals & Management for years! I return because of the great business they do with me. I could not think of any improvements they need to make.
