Walmart Supercenter

My family was waiting in line to check out. Some lady, in a shopping wheel chair, back up, hitting our shopping cart, backing the shopping cart into my five year old son. His tooth bleeding and already bruised, the cashier got the manager who wrote up an incident report, and had my son pick out a $15.00 toy on Walmart.

The people that work there are very sweet and friendly and are hard workers. I know many of those women have worked years and years there on their feet checking all day (or night). And that brings me to my gripe: the CHECKOUT LINES!!! They are ridiculous! The store will be packed and there will be 3 lines and one of them is the express. The lines will be 7 or 8 people deep with baskets that are loaded to the gill and management seems to think this is acceptable. It is frustrating to the customer and unfair to the checkers who are exhausted. Many times people with full carts go through the express because the other lines are just too long and then that means no express line. Management: LISTEN UP and start putting out more checkers. There should NOT be more than a 3 person wait. I can tell you I have begun to go elsewhere if its just a few things--dont want to be stuck in line.
