We have had awesome service. New furnace is great , the employees of Blessings are good people. Always a phone call would away. Never a long wait time. Would recommend them to my family members.

We have been working with Blessing for many years now so obviously we are very happy with the promptness and quality of work. We participate in their service partner program and are very satisfied with the routine service provided as well as the prompt response when there is a problem. I also appreciate the fact that we have had the same technician (Ron) for several years now!

They came right out and diagnosed the problem. I had to get new furnace which they installed as soon as possible. They were all very knowledge about what they were doing and explained everything. I've been very pleased with the service.

They have replaced my furnace, air conditioning and other plumbing fixtures in the house. Their work is always done well and in a timely fashion.

Blessing Company of Fenton installed a furnace/AC in July of last year. The servicemen were very friendly and helpful in explaining what we would need to do. They did a fine job in cleaning up after themselves and made sure we were completely satisfied before they left. The serviceman for the first maintenance (who also sold us the furnace) was very informative on what needs to be done and how to do. This company I would highly recommend for anyone needing a furnace.

NOT a Blessing. We called Blessing Plumbing because we heard their ads claiming they are all about customer service. We were having a problem with gurgling in the kitchen sink. The Blessing rep told us we probably needed to snake out the system from the roof, but "we don't get on roofs." Seriously? You don't get on roofs, but you tell the customer he needs to get on the roof? I understand there's some risk involved, but that's why you have Workers Comp insurance. How ridiculous to tell your customer "Here's what needs to be done to fix it, but we don't do that." Huh? And for this, they charged $185 (knocked half off when my husband complained). So my husband got on the roof and snaked it out, and it still gurgled! So he talked to a guy at work who knows plumbing, and he told him it sounded like the system wasn't plumbed right when our basement was finished. So he went to Home Depot to buy supplies to fix it, and the guy at Home Depot gave him more advice about how to fix it. He had to reroute pipes downstairs. It's done, and it's fixed. Why couldn't Blessing Plumbing figure that out and do the job? We would definitely have paid them to do so. So lame.
