Tri-State Engineers & Land Inc. was formed in 1959 by Louis Spadaccino with their office being located on Street Road in Upper Southampton Township. Since that time, the company has designed and constructed our own building located at 801 W. Street Road, Feasterville, PA. This is where our office is still located today. We specialize in municipal engineering, site development, water and sanitary engineering, land surveying and much more. Call us for more information.
