I wouldn't even give this "company" one star.I worked for Klasik Consulting for about 6 months. I loved it, loved the people. I thought that it was amazing to be surrounded with such positive, motivating people. But I guess you can say I loved the lies, because that is all KCI is, LIES. The plans you are selling to people are expired plans and the moment they walk into a t-mobile store they switch the customer's plan and their rate goes up even more. They "buy' customers out of their old contracts but to this day I get phone calls from unhappy customers saying they were charged multiple fees. I was great at my job. I was one of their top sales rep. I was pushing for senior account executive going to open my own office by march of next year.. This job tells you they give you 8 years of business knowledge in 1 year. They tell you are going to own your own company, that all you need to do is memorize the script.. but what they don't tell you is how many of those offices fail and go on re-trains. Companies like this build and rebuild. They build an office up and then it downfalls, they just rebuild again, and the cycle repeats.They prey off peoples ambition and goals to do better for themselves and their families. What business has you dive miles on your own expense, pay for 2nd round interviews lunch, working long hours out hustling trying to maybe make a dime. And on the days that you get you're face kicked in by all the no solicitation and no's and your "negged out" you go back to office to have encouragement from the office to make sure you are not going to quit . KCI only cares about on thing keeping this pyramid scheme alive, making sure they still have some sucker that is going to come and make them money. This job maybe good for some people that don't have a conscious and for those who don't mind scamming people to maybe get money in their own pockets but for me and all the other reps that have seen the light it was not in our best interest. This is just for the people working their currently or for future reps, please beware. And if something just sounds too good to be true.. it most likely is. This is not business, and I will never call it that. THIS IS A STRUCTURED PYRAMID SCHEME.
