Bob Ryder Painting

My neighbor and I hired Bob Ryder a few years back. He brings in a swarm of people and work through very quickly. But once he gets paid, he never comes back for follow ups or never answers the phone. Two of my windows got stuck but he never cam back to fix it nor did he answer. I am lucky the paint stuck. My neighbor's paint started to peel off the next year. Of course he said the work comes with a 3 year warranty, but only if he answers the phone.

Bob Ryder brings a large team of South American immigrants. That alone is not a problem. They work very hard and get the job done very quickly. However you might want to check if they are documented.



When Bob originally completed the paint job (two coats plus caulking) on my home in only three days I was very pleased. However a paint job should last 7-10 years and now, only three years later, paint is beginning to chip and peel and the caulking has dried up and cracked around a couple of windows. I called him twice to ask him to touch these areas up, but he has not returned any of my calls.



He dos not stand behind his work. He in not inexpensive.

Bob damaged my garage windows when he refinished the garage doors. He admitted he hoped I wouldn't notice. Bob said he would replace the damaged glass. It has been 8 months. You didn't return my calls. I paid you every extra you asked for - a pretty expensive house painting. How about stepping up and being accountable for your error?
