Lake in the Pines

my husband and I moved there about a year ago and got out as soon as we could. first of all, there were mulitple shootings in our time living there, I did not feel safe, whatsoever. secondly, these people will charge you for everything! their best internet is $50 a month and it only worked maybe two or three weeks out of the month, and when it did, was EXTREMELY slow! also, if you have any pets, not the place for you. there's is an initial $250 nonrefundable fee, along with $25 a pet per month. if your unit has any pet damage, do NOT think that will cover it. we spent well over $500 to have our pet there and when we got our security deposit back, with money taken out for pet damages, were told all that money was just for the "luxury" of being able to have a pet. the only reason I even give this place 1 star, is because I had to. Oh! and let Me not forget, their maintenance is AWFUL! our ac didn't work in the master bedroom, and they said that's just the setup to the apartment. to just block off all the other vents so it'll push air through. we tried, still didn't work! they were just too lazy to go check the ducts! it took them 10 min to determine that reason. whatever. anyway, HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE!

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! We lived here for over a year and resigned our lease- the advertisement on this place is sooooo false- We resigned our lease in October and in February we were robbed! Yes, I mean robbed, they kicked in our door and took ALL of our expensive electronics in broad day light- it took the maintenance over 5 hours to come fix our door- the people at the front office are RUDE and very inconsiderate on what had happened to us. This happened on a Friday and Wednesday we moved out- I did not feel safe at home by myself while my husband was gone- even if I was at work I worried about the house- It says in your lease agreement that Lake in the Pines and it employees CANNOT gaurentee your safety!! DO NOT MOVE HERE! there are better and safer places in Fayetteville!
