Terrible customer service! I made an appointment and when I went in to drop off my car I was told the guy that does tinting didn't show up to work. I never received a phone call ahead of time to let me know and my appt was at 2. That is plenty of time to call a customer who had cleared out their schedule for the day for this appt. When I expressed my dissatisfaction the managers rude wife told me she has no control over who's shows up to work and who doesn't. I will not doing business with people who treat customers like this.

Negative 5 stars.

None of the workers are certified. Have a 2015 Lexus IS 250 Fsport, came in to review the work on my dads 2014 escalate, which was supposed to been blacked out all chrome and emblems removed. First of my dads truck was done wrong, instead of tinting tail lights they painted them which effects visibility. Top rail was painted with a spray can and run off is visible. They said they would fix it kept the vehicle for another week, but car wasn't even touched. In addition, asked to put spacers on my vehicle, which the owner of the shop has no idea what they are talking about, because they wanted to put 2 spacers on each wheel which is a major safety concern. Told them to only put one, when they mounted my new rims that I already possessed, the tire was not correctly put on the rim, which my tire went from 39 PSI to 20 over night. Had to go back get that fixed the next day traveling showed, my car sounded like an old bicycle. For more info read my google review!

I had just purchased a new Escape in Italy and got assigned to Ft. Bragg shortly thereafter. The vehicle came with stock tinted windows except for the driverside and passeger side and I wanted to get them tinted, so I came over to Dirty South and not only were they able to match the factory stock tint but also were able to schedule me late during the workday, which is very convenient specially as an active duty servicemember. The service was quick and very professional, plus they gave me a very good military discount. I highly recommend this place everyone, specially our military personnel in the Bragg area.

I took my wife to Dirty South to purchase some new wheels for her car. The salesman (Dave) worked with us and was very courteous and helpful. The wheels she chose had to be ordered which Dave did promptly. Dave talked with his distributor right in front of us so we know the order was conveyed correctly. However, when the order came it was not the ones ordered. Dave Promptly got on phone to straighten out the matter. In the meantime my wife did not want to wait any longer so we selected a nice set Dirty South had at the shop. Dave bent over backwards to make sure we were satisfied customers. Dave thank you for your hard work and for understanding that if mama is not happy no one is happy:)

Dirty South is a RIPOFF

I bought tires and rims from there, paid cash only to find out that one of the rims was warped. Then I had also got a system from there, had it hooked up there too. After one week, I had to take it back because one of the speakers quit working, and now I have had to since then buy a new amp, speakers sounded awful, now they are no good, box was too small, music kept going out, and now have to buy a whole new system because the one I bought from them wasnt worth ****. The name fits , they are DIRTY RIPOFFS.I would never go back to this place and would not recommend it ever!!!!!!

Dirty South should ne out of business

I had tint put on my 05 impala 2 years ago. I thought it looked good as this was the first tint job i ever had. I sold that car and got a G8 GT and it had wonderful tint. As nice as it was it wasnt NC legal....whole nother story. I had to get the tint removed for inspection. I went to Dirty South as theres not much to choose from in Fayettevlle. It doesnt seem hard to take tint off but i just wasnt in the mood to do it myself. They charged me $100 to remove MOST of the tint....permanently damage driver and passenger door panels....and cut my defrost lines in the top 3/4 of the rear window. Wow thank you so much for your wonderful service i bet i could of paid $200 for that much damage. They dont know how to put tint on...they definently dont know how to take it off. Besides the damage they dont clean up after themselves and they dont clean the windows. They did give me $50 back for the door panels. I didnt know about the defrost till the following week. If they cant do the simple things how could anybody trust them to put wheels and stereos on/in there vehicles.

Bad customer service, inept workers

I took a Durango there to have a Box, Sub and Amp added to the factory stereo. The installer was an hour late for my so called appointment. Said the car would be ready the next day, had to leave it over night. Go back next day at 6:30pm and it's not ready, leave it another night. Finally get the Truck on the 3rd day and the damn radio won't even turn on. He doesn't know why and can't figure it out. Despite it working fine when I dropped it off, they offer no sort of refund or discount since I now have to buy another radio, which I had not budgeted for. So he tries to sell me one of the radios he stocks(of course!!!). I had to go to Best Buy to buy an aftermarket radio. Get it working and the amp cuts out constantly. Call Dirty South and he says bring it in and he'll tune it. You can imagine the rest. He said the amp isn't powerful enough for the sub. Funny thing is that it's the amp that HE recommended!!! I wouldn't let them touch ANYTHING on my car from here out and I've heard many other stories about their shady business practices from a lot of other people. And the girl who was working behind the counter could care less if you had a heart attack and died in front of her........amazing.

Dirty South Is Dirty Business

One word describes them…INCOMPETENT. All I wanted was to get remote start on my truck, but they were too stupid to figure it out. I had to go back four times before I gave up and went somewhere else. The customer service was just as bad. The lady behind the counter would rather talk about her nails to her friend on the phone than pay any attention to me. I’ve received better attention from a dead corpse. All the workers there need to be fired, the business closed down, and the building burned. Here is how my days went.

Day 1: I made a 10:00 appointment to have remote start installed. The guy who does the installation (Chase) didn’t come in until 11:30. When he finally got there he said he forgot his tools at home and had to go back home to get them. It will take 15 minutes he said. He came back at 12:45. He worked on it for a few hours, but then said he couldn’t finish it and to come back the next day at 10:00.

Day 2: I got there at 10:00, but, once again, Chase was late. So I waited in the waiting room. Over an hour passed by and he still hasn’t shown up. I asked the receptionist behind the counter if he’s showing up, and all she said was, “Oh, he’s in trouble. He should be here, but he’s not.” Then she turns back to her friend and starts talking about nails and nonsense. She completely ignores me after that.

Day 3: I call up the shop and ask if Chase can finally finish my system. He says, yes, but when I get there he tells me he’s too busy and to try again later. What a waste of my time.

Day 4: He finally gets a chance to finish it up. He works on it for like 20 minutes and says he doesn’t know why, but he can’t figure it out. Therefore, he can’t finish it and I paid them over $100 for this service. I ask for my money back and they refuse. No refunds they tell me. Especially, if they performed the service for me already. What service? They never completed it. Now here’s the worst part. As I hop back in my vehicle, I notice money has been stolen from my truck. Buyer beware. What else can I expect from those lazy people. I finally went to Rhudy’s Car Stereo on Murchinsion and they fixed it easily.

Dirty South has a reputation for having incompetent workers. None of the installers there are certified. The majority of the people have to go somewhere else to have their systems fixed after Dirty South messes it up. I would rather get an enema than go back to them.
