Century 21

This business has made me very unhappy. I have rented a home through them and so far they have not fixed many of the problems with the house. I have repeatedly called to schedule repairs and everytime I'm told someone will be out to make repairs, no one shows and no one calls. It took two weeks to get a mailbox, which the house did not have for some reason..... No one in the office ever seems to know what is going on. They would do better by actually knowing what is going on so that they can actually give a straight answer instead of blaming it on others (the people they pay to do the job). How about actually calling back when they say they will as well?????
