Bragg Used Appliance

I have purchased several appliances from Bragg Used Appliance....they have excellent service. The delivery men brought out my appliances the next day....my husband and I moved from Germany and the hospitality from Braggs is amazing! I appreciate the time they took to deliver to me...I appreciate the care of the appliance. They have excellent products and the customer service is amazing.

A few months later, our agitator in our washer out. I then called and told the front office, a tech was out to my home the next day and fixed the problem in my home. I was very satisfied!!!

I paid them $535 on a Thursday told them they didn't have to deliver it to me right away that I could wait til that Monday, I had my schedule clear waiting on them all day I received no call or nothing from them so by 5pm I called them 10 times no response I finally decided to take me and my two kids down to there business to figure out the problem well I get there and my washer and dryer hasn't even been loaded so I ask can I speak to the owner or manager they stated neither one was available so I ask well when will my washer and dryer is going to be delivered they said Monday they were still going to come out the reason they haven't came out was because they didn't have gas in the truck and that they waiting on there owner to bring the gas so they could deliver it I wait and waited no one showed I called the owner 10 times no response so I finally got a hold of him I explained everything to him he contacted someone to deliver my product that person text me and said we will not be able to deliver your washer n dryer today so I requested my money back he told me that has nothing to do with him this place is very unprofessional and inconsiderate

I just recently came into the store because a friend recommended. I had searched different appliance stores for used wash machines at a reasonable price and quality. I finally found what I was looking for in this store. The store manager has the best customer service! I wish they did this all the stores. I definitely would recommend this store.

I have no reason to believe that after experiencing such horrible customer service, having our time wasted, and being lied to, that they will actually make good on their word, but after the 4th time of being told someone would fix our dryer (pursuant of their “warranty”), hopefully it happens today, Mon. Nov. 9th ‘15. I purchased a dryer at their Cliffdale Rd. location that stopped working the same day it was installed (Oct. 30th ‘15), so I called to have it repaired & they said someone would come the very next day. Waited all day & no one showed up. Called again the next morning & they said no one would be available until Saturday. Waited all day Saturday (called twice to see if they were actually going to show up) and after they assured me twice that someone would be there, yet again, no one showed up. Then I called this morning (Nov 9th ’15), & they asked that I come back to choose a replacement dryer. When my girlfriend showed up today with the proof of purchase ready to choose a new dryer, they told her they were not going to replace it because it would be easier to replace the heating element. How many times are we going to be lied to & made to wait for them to follow-through with service? Not once have they called to let us know they wouldn’t be able to make their scheduled repair date & the one time they claimed someone went to the house, we never received a phone call letting us know they would be arriving. You wasted my time, you had my girlfriend drive all the way up town, with the promise of a new dryer, only to be turned around & told to wait more. Bragg Used Appliance lacks professionalism & customer service. I will not be changing this review.

Thank you for being a good,clean,caring,and fair local business in this town. Do yourself a favor and check this place out you won't regret it. Best part about this place is they offer a one year warranty on ALL their appliances!

This place!!! They got the BEST deals in town I know I could not afford a brand new fridge so when I came across Bragg used appliance on Facebook I immediately went over to see if there was something they could do for me and I'm so grateful that they were able to work out a deal with me that I was more than happy to take thank you so much I love my new fridge!

I gave my mother money to buy an oven. I wish I had bought it myself from Lowes or something. This company went ahead and charged my mother for an oven she wanted and then they never even delivered it. She kept calling to find out when she would get it but they kept no calling and no showing and making excuses. Now they don't even pick up the phone. Thieves.

I purchased a Kenmore washer and dryer set in February 2015. The appliances come with a 1 year warranty. On 30 June 2015 the washer stopped working. I called the Cliffdale Rd. store to report the issue. On 3 July 2015 a repairman came to fix the washer It could not be repaired. He placed an order for another washer to be delivered on 6 July 2015. By late evening the washer had not been delivered. I called the store and was told that I needed to come and pick out another one. I was told that it would be delivered on 7 July 2015. By late evening it was not delivered. I called again and was told that it's on the truck . It'll be closer to the end of the business day, around 5-6 pm when it's delivered. It wasn't delivered. I called again on the morning of 8 July 2015 and the representative said that it's on the truck, let me call the delivery guys.I look outside and watch them delivering a refrigerator to my neighbors directly across from me.I see the washer on the truck and assume that they'll unload it once they're finished with my neighbor. They secure the refrigerator that was removed from my neighbor's house, close the gate on the truck and drive off. I call the store again and once again the representative tells me that he's calling the delivery guys. I drive to the store and ask for a manager who then calls the delivery guys in my presence. He tells me that they'll come back to deliver my washer. I'm not going to call them again. If the washer is not delivered today, I'm filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and with the NC Attorney General's office. I will never do business with them again.

Excellent house hold equipment! Had no problems what so ever. My sisters and friend have been referred to this business and all we get is respect and the best for the low prices. Owner is understanding and is very respectful. His employees has been all around help and delivery came on time. Couldn't ask for a better deal. This place rocks!

The Worst Experience !! 1st off let me say the ONLY reason I have 1 star is because I had to in order to submit. I ordered a washer & dryer set from these people . once the set was delivered I go to wash a load of clothes and the temperature controls were off. That I could live with then the spin cycle turns out , does NOT work ! So I have soaked clothes with no way of getting dry. I call the warehouse and they say they are sending a replacement in the morning. Morning comes I hear nothing. So I call , get the run around until I reach the manager who says someone will be out in 30 to 45 mins. 3 hours later they show up with a new washer which was just painted so it's mucked up from their black gloves, no big deal. They leave and I go to wash a load of clothes...turned out this one is LEAKING from the bottom ! I just called the manager who says he's contacting the delivery guys but I'm sure I won't be able to reach any one being that he ignored my calls until I called private . A full refund will suffice because this is ridiculous !

I had originally heard of this company through their ad on the radio and decided to check out their website. When i had seen they had the brands i was interested in purchasing i ended up checking them out. I purchased a washer through them n experienced some problems, at first it was a hassle but once I had spoken to the owner n he took care of it for me. Great establishment n i would highly recommend them to anybody looking to purchase an appliance

Selected this company to support former military owner but had a horrible experience. Front loader washer was clogged. It happened before and I told them what it was. Just needed an hour of labor to take the panel off and clean it out. Repairmen did not speak English so there was a communication barrier. Said we needed a new part and he would call us back. We waited 2 weeks and he never called. Called 3 more times trying to get someone out. Finally someone else came and confirmed it was the issue I said all along. Spent 45 minutes of labor to fix it and charged me $250. Do not use them for servicing needs!

Great place, I got a really cool deal and the price was just right. Why eberybody isnt going to buy from these people is something i cant understand!

My experience at Bragg Appliances was great. I got a stainless steel range,fridge,and dish washer for a great price. When I first walked into the showroom it was clean and well lite unlike some places i went to that day. Allthe appliances looked good no major dents or rusty lookiing stuff, and they were ready to buy. I went to one shop and the man told me he would have to fix what ever i bought and then he could deliver it to me......like what! Anyway the sales people were helpful, not pushy and gave me the best possible price they could. My delivery came 24 hours later on time. The delivery guys were clean fast and professional. Over all i wish i could give 6 stars to this place. Im sending all my friends there you should too!

WARNING!! Do not buy anything from this establishment. They tell you there is a 1 year warranty when you buy an appliance. I bought a washer and dryer there about a month ago. Now it leaks water and flooded my floors. They will not come to repair it and will not pay for the damage to my belongs. STAY AWAY< THEY ARE TERRIBLE AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!!!

Ok place to buy used appliances from. We got a washer and it was leaking after a week of having it and they came and replaced it with the same style the next day. Have not had any problems since. I rated it as being an OK place to buy from because of the lack of communication and some of the employees telephone manners. Lets just say after I got off the phone with them they came to our home and replaced the washer promptly on a Friday night!!!

I Give Bragg used Appliances a 4 out of 5 only because my delivery was late by a day but over all I'm pleased I got a good deal and I love my Samsung washer and dryer set
