Bentley's Professional Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

I cannot recommend this company. He arrived late without a call to let us know and left within 20 minutes. We moved all the furniture ourselves, leaving a small floor lamp and one computer chair on wheels. He never moved either of the items to clean the carpet. He also did not close our doors to clean behind them, clean under any desk, or clean anywhere near our floorboards. There was debris left on our carpets and they were left completely soaked with suds that would form around our footsteps. We waited 24 hours, with fans on high, to reassess the situation. We brought these issues up with the owner. The owner contacted me later in the night and offered to clean my carpets again. This was no longer necessary since I could not leave the carpets soaking until they decided to come back. In the end, the owner felt comfortable charging us full price for the lack of service we were provided, and added in the option to have him clean my carpets the next time I was ready to hire someone…

I've used this company twice to clean carpet and upholstery. I plan to use them in the future as well and would recommend him to anyone. He is courteous, professional, and on time. Also the prices are reasonable and the service. I think they are much better than other cleaners I have used in the past around the area.

Not impressed. To me, when I pay a professional to clean my carpets, I should not be able to go behind them and get up more stuff. That's the whole purpose of hiring someone. From what I can tell, they run the steamer over you carpet, Anything the steamer doesn't get is left behind. No scrubbing, no extra effort. I could have rented a steamer myself and done a better job.
