Banging Systems

This is my second radio I get from them. I was going to go somewhere else this time because i live further. so I called around an asked for installation prices and it was way more than what I had in mind. So I made the drive and it was way worth it. I got a whole system! radio, subs,amp,box installed. Best thing I got everything financed and only payed 39 dollars to walk away with it. May i add that do to my past experience I thought no way I would get approved. But the company they use is not only quick to reply but it takes about 10 minutes to fill. I’m So Happy!! Thank you guys :)

Ran out of options to buy a FM modulator. They wanted $70 for one (generic brand). These things are available online for $15!! I should have known that a place called "Banging Systems" would be questionable, but what a dump. Any positive ratings here should be questioned as to their authenticity!!!

Here is their response to a comment left by a customer (look on about page 3): "the only time we have a problem with a costumer is when the costumer refuses to pay a part or a item they need to finish their work so if you are one of the cheap f is not on us we already selling systems below any car audio shop in the area if you have a warranty issue we don't make the products we just sell them we just sell budget so the way to ask is the way to give we cant win them all but we at least try so if you was upset the way i see it you probably was a cheap fuker or a as....hole but i will still offer my help to you if you need anything..."

Do you really want to do business with a place that uses language like that? Professionalism? ...not here!

The work that was done on my car was very sloppy. They took 2 days to install my remote control, which should take 2 hours. After he finished the job, he forgot to put back the cover for the fuse panel, instead he threw it under the seat. He left a lot of cut wires all over the carpet of my car. I had a scratch in my car from them. The technitian is not qualified. There was a man named Eddy, who was nice, but overall I do not recommend this service.

Called to find an antenna adapter for my car, simply because I didn't want to wait to install for shipping. They quoted me a price of $48 when amazon and even crutch field has the same part for under $15 shipping included. I don't know of their work and I won't say. But if this quote is any indication of prices then I certainly won't be calling back.

Went in for a navigation system and it was worth every penny, the installation was quick and easy and the quality was the most impressive.

This is my new spot for all things dealing with my car, I can't get enough of Banging Systems!! I'm a young guy only 21 and don't know much about car systems but the guys there do!! The employees there were super helpful and throughly explained everything and made my car installation nice and simple. And, to top it all off it was super affordable!! The guys there did amazing, THANK YOU BANGING SYSTEMS!!!

STAY AWAY! I figure since the guy has a Hummer out front i could bring mine in because they MUST know what they're doing right? WRONG! my hummer is now in my drive way and it will not run thanks to these clowns. OH and their window tint service is just as bad......I had to take my SRT8 there 3 times to get fixed. STAY AWAY!

Im having a terrible experience with them. i was ripped off BIG TIME. I recently had a system put in for $500 it woulda been $530 and some change if i hadnt threw a fit. I feel like i was taken advantage of because i purchased my own subs (bestbuy) , Sub Eclousure (best buy) , Boss Amp (Amazon) , Boss 8 gauge amp wiring kit (amazon) . I had to buy a radio because i didnt have one, a wiring harness, and a in dash kit. He got all the stuff for me and gave it to the guys in the back and when they could they started to work on my car a couple hours the manager eddy comes and talks to me and tells me that the wiring that i have is quote on quote "too thin" so i have to purchase a 4 guage wiring kit from them for $29.95. So then a couple more hours go by and their almost done with my car when he comes to me again and takes me over to the counter and grabs a capacitor thats supposed to give my system the power it needs and hands it to me i look at the price and its $189.99 im not believing this and start to make a fuss because ive been here all day and he hadnt said anything about it until it was almost time for my car to be complete he said it was the only thing holding me back and that didnt sit well with me because i felt he was trying to rip me off because when i walked in i told him to get me all the remaining stuff i needed but not once did he say anything about me needing a $200 dollar piece of equipment. After a while of consulting, which was nothing but silence he gives me a "deal" he doesnt charge me for the piece but charges me $100 to put it on. But before i paid even though i said yes to the capacitor to get the guy to leave me alone cause all he was doing was nagging me i change my mind and tell them to take the part off that i dont want it he tells me he cant take it off because once its on there its on there and that my vehicle cant leave until the money was paid, but if all they did was put it on there and i hadnt used it any i didnt see why he couldnt take it back off its still practically good. I paid the money then left and not even 15 minutes after i leave i lose all sound inside my car but my subs and such are still playing so i pull over and call, tell eddy the problem and he simply states for me to bring my vehicle back the following day but i dont i go back down the road then and when i get there hes closing up. I call the next day while im at work and the guy tells me they are extremely backed up could i come the next day because there were no apps and i could get in. So the following day i get off take it down there address the problem the guy fixes it but doesnt tell me what the problem is just hands me my keys and says i have sound in my car but when i leave 15 minutes later the same scenario that happened the night it got installed happens again so i turn around and go back address the problem again the guy who works on it this time (alan or alex cant remember his name) does a terrific job getting my sound back and narrowing down the problem, however it was not resolved because here i am today with the same problem again no sound in my car. So after this experience i will not be confiding in Banging Systems for no more car audio than what they installed. BTW did i mention the same capacitor thats in my car that they priced at 189.99 that i got installed for $100 i found on amazon for $36. DONT GO HERE AND GET RIPPED OFF PEOPLE.

If I could give them less than 1 star I would it was the absolute worst experience I have ever received with any type of customer service business no read the paperwork before you sign it they tried to put a lien on my vehicle / services that they did not do I have pictures to prove it and I am forming a lawsuit

I went in looking for a bass system I honestly did not really know what i wanted. The salesperson and employees helped out alot. The salesman took me to a few cars that they had and asked me was i looking for more or less bass until we found a good set up that fit what i wanted. I was very pleased on the products that i purchased. I bought the pioneer avic-8000nex same one they had in the hummer and i got 2 American bass XD with a ported box and he gave me a pretty good package deal. They have good customer service there when i was hungry they let me use a car to go get my food and i went and ran a few earrands while my car was getting worked on. Personally I feel like that was the best experience i had for 1 the customer service was great and 2 i didnt have to wait long for it.

Banging Systems is the place to go for all of your audio needs they have everything you can think of and great service. I got a good deal for a very low price and everything worked as well as i expected. Will be back to get my mazda 6 done once it gets shipped over here

Went in looking for a system and they got me the right amount of bass for the price. I just wanted something that sounded good in the car but if i wanted to i could turn up and you know i got something nice back there. The salesman stayed in my budget and i am very pleased at what they did.

They did a good job on my car and thank you for installing the dvd player..haven't had no problems yet..but my light signal chime is off..but shouldn't be hard for me to fix the menu..so good job on the car work.

This place is a rip off. I am a single mom making $ 500a week. Took my car in for radio fix and they told me $ 100 to replace. When I wen to pick up they gave me a bill of over $ 300 when I asked why the owner came out and degraded me even cussing me out sometimes and locked up my car. SO I paid the bill buyer beware these people are shady

The owner or employees doesn't show appreciation for customer's time. I had a scheduled appointment and the owner guaranteed me that I would be in and out within me scheduled appointment time. I arrived early on that day of my appointment and my car wasn't completed until two and half hours after the time is was promised. All they told me was that they would give me a couple dollars off if I decide to continue business with them.

DO NOT take your business here. Look elsewhere. Jan 2013 we ordered a new audio system for our Titan. They stated they could install it. I personally believe they bite off more than they could deliver.. During the quote they stated we needed to buy an additional harness for all the speakers to hook up to behind the unit. Once installed, They stated that they could not get the iPod connection to work. Got it home and found out that something else didn't work which required another wasted day waiting for it to get fixed. Something malfunctioned in the unit so hubby had to take it out and return to the manufacturer. He noticed that the iPod connector wasn't even connected, he plugged it in and it worked. They also made mention when we checked out that he had to hard wire all speakers but yet during the quote he stated we had to buy a harness..... The only thing they were able to correctly install was the back up camera. Get 3 quotes from different places and beware these guys will rip you off! For the price we paid we could have taken it to the dealer and had a quality installation job completed! Should have read other reviews before taking our hard earned money to them.

this place is a total rip off if you go there have them give you an itemized list of parts and labor then go online and check their prices with crutch field or some reputable co. after leaving you're vehicle they will call you and tell you that you need this and that. They don't want to give you any written warranty info unless you press them. the installation is very un professional to say the least. I could kick myself for ever getting tied up with these guys. the best advice I can give you is to go to a reputable shop which is part of the bbb which these monkey's are not.
