        Overall

        We failed inspection, it took them more than 2 weeks to return and fix it (they initially refused and we had to fight to get them back), and they broke the oven. On top of their cleaning fee, I have had to deal with the pain of trying hopelessly to coordinate their return to fix the cleaning deficiencies and attempting to get them to pay for the damages to the oven their worker inflicted during his cleaning. I am now stuck with an over $200 oven repair bill on top of the cleaning fee and after two trips to our former house, the landlord says it still isn't very clean and emailed me pictures. See Yelp for more details. I highly recommend not to use this cleaning service.
