We hired Affordable Appliance to repair a gas burner on my stove. They did repaired the burner, but broke/damaged two other burners in the process. One suffered phyiscal damage when the stove was opened for the repair and now doesn't burn with an even flame. The second burner has a potentimeter which places the burner in an extra low (intermitant on/off) flame setting. They broke the potentimeter and simply bypassed the controls then left my house. They also did not properly pipe a gas line thus leaving a gas leak in my house. They did not replace buner seals on all four burners, they damaged two electronic iginitors, damaged the stove top and the on/off light indicator. When called back to make neccessary repairs the ower became violent and screamed at me in front of my children.

Company came out because I had a problem with my refrigerator. For $145.85, he replaced the relay overload kit and cleaned the condenser coil.



Within two months, the motor went out. He replaced the motor, but it did not work properly. We called him back and he had to replace the replaced motor. Then the water and ice maker did not work. We called him and he told us that we would have to trace the waterline and re-connect it to the water source. We did, but a good company would have come our and correct the problem.



I will never use them again.
