        My initial experience with thi...

        My initial experience with this doctor's office was fine. The ladies at the front desk are hospitable and I had a short 10 minute wait time before being called back, which is good considering some offices having you wait 15 minutes or more. My issue with this office is my children see a different doctor every visit; hard to trust and get to know the people caring for your child. I have had issues with them sending over the wrong prescriptions to the pharmacy on multiple occasions. When calling to inform them, the receptionist was unable to help and had to wait for a nurse to assist me which took hours for a call back. The last incident tipped the scale when I had to go back and forth for 3 days about sending over the correct prescription. Which means my son went without medication. Very unprofessional, very disturbing that they could make a mistake like this multiple times without apologies. Will be finding a new office immediately!!!
