MANA Northwest Arkansas Pediatric Clinic

I absolutely love this clinic! At every visit I have been treated with friendly faces and great professional care. My grandson thinks Dr. Park is the BEST!!!!!!

They reason why I'm writing this review is because the office manager and the girls is not very professional at all. They make you feel like you don't know what you are talking about. Dr. Simmons is a great doctor and loves his patients. He is a great doctor.

While waiting for results at the nurses station(which they wouldn't give me to my face) listened to 2 drs and 4 nurses gossip about patients and discuss rudely how disgusted they were with them. So sad! I will be looking for another pediatric dr.

They are rude. I ended up having to have my insurance contact them on two different occasions about the clinic over charging me. The personnel in billing couldn't figure it out. Even my insurance thought it was ridiculous that they couldn't understand that the discount for using a provider within the network was something that I wasn't required to pay. It was resolved only after my insurance called them, on both occasions, to let them know that per their contract they were not allowed to charge me the full amount, but the discounted amount per their contract with my insurance company.

This clinic is awful! My son is 18 months old and never has he seen the same doctor. They know he is on AR Kids so every time we are in there they rush us through so they get their money and that's it. No follow up, nothing. I on my own brought my son back in a second time for an additional exam because I didn't think his problem had gone away. That time I did see a Doctor that took a little time to check him over but we are still battling with the same problem. They do not call and give you a reminder of your appointment even if they schedule it 3 MONTHS OUT! And if you miss that appointment they send you a letter saying you are basically on probation and if you miss another appointment that you will be canceled as a patient. Will NEVER go back.

Your child's health is not their priority. They are rude and unorganized to say the least. I am referring to the front desk, manager and business parts. After you get past those parts most of the doctors are great!

I am surprised to read so many bad reviews. I have always had friendly, personable staff. I always see the same doctor, Dr Simmons. He is awesome! He takes time with you and your child. The nurses are really great, Excellant with my son. Thanks for the great work!!

It's unfornunate to give suh a poor review, for the doctor is NOT the problem. The problem is with Teresa the office manager..or assistant. Any dealings with her will end in negative response. After calling to inquire as to why I received a no show notice, in which no appointment was confirmed or made, just requested, she insisting on arguing with me, threatening to charge me next time. Next time...there won't be a next time. She was extremely unprofessional and should have listened and offered an apology for the rude letter I was sent, instead she persisted to say it was my fault. When I asked her how I was supposed to know I had an appointment she asked me if I received an email OR a phone call....no I replied, which was made? Teresa replied I don't know how they tried to contact me....but insisted I must have been

Absolutely the rudest dealing with a physicians office ever!!

My son likes the doctors but some of the staff can be a little rude at the front desk or on the phone.
