        Very sad

        Over 20 years of coming to this salon to have Judy do my grandmothers hair... My aging grandmother had always been so loyal.... Made an appointment for 3:30 pm on Friday - with Judy via Kim.

        Got my grandmother there and near tears to find out that the appointment wasn't on the books... Nor would just try to work her in.... I will say I was late because my grandmother now is in early Alzheimer's and using a walker very slowly.... So very sad that years of loyalty to one stylist ends like this! Too bad people don't have a heart. It will probably be her last haircut!
