My wife and I traded in two us...

My wife and I traded in two used cars for two new Honda Civics. John Lyons was the sales guy and didn't try to upsell us at all. We already knew what we wanted and he actually listened to us. No trying to switch us to a different car, no higher trim, not even rubber mats - he didn't try any of it.



By far the easiest car deal I've ever done.

We've purchased six new cars f...

We've purchased six new cars from FAP within the last 7 years and have always had them serviced at the dealership. We had the WORST experience ever with the Chevy Service Department over the past week ~ DISHONEST and TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! We were told there wouldn't be a charge for a service and then charged us, with an attitude to boot! When we called to address the issues with the Service Manager, he quickly cut me off to let me know he already knew who I was and the "story" and bottom line, we would be charged!!! "They don't work for FREE!" We wouldn't have had any issue with the charge IF she would have been HONEST with us!! We will NEVER do business with the Chevy Service Department again and depending on how the GM handles the situation, we may never do business with FAP again.

I really enjoy my new car from the Chevy dealership. Had a great salesman , who has done everything he said . With that said , the only problem I have is with the body shop as I had some minor problems with the factory paint and when they fixed it , thats when things started going downhill . A service manager who can't remember what he said and didn't finish all that was supose to be done.
