Cafe Imbibe

If you go there for food, don't waste your time. I waited over 30 minutes for 2 club sandwiches. The employee took my order, And went to the kitchen to start making it. Soon after, 2 ladies walked in to order a drink. He stopped making my order to come out and make the order for these women. I understand that they want to take care of the counter and acknowledge people when they walk in, however, wouldn't it be a better practice to take the 2nd customer's order, take the payment, and then tell them that you will have that ready for them momentarily, as soon as you are finished with this other customer that was here first. My order was over $20. Those drinks couldn't have been anymore than $10. I was there first, they were there second. Why should I have to wait for their order to be made???? Again, don't waste your time. If you're going just for coffee, it shouldn't take that long, since they let people ordering drinks cut in line, so to speak.
