Richard the owner can't always be trusted to complete his work on your remodeling project.
The work ethic demonstrated by his crew is carried out more professionally and correctly than by himself, which too often will need to be redone and replaced by his workers.
There was a time when Richard seemed to care about maintaining strong work ethics, and providing quality workmanship, but unfortunately those times are no longer provided, because of his poor attitudes, and inability of being honest and dependable. Unfortunately he hasn't always been this way, but one thing for sure he's most definitely this way now.
