Services/Products: Catering, ALL OF TJ'S SMOKEY MEATS ARE PREPARED USING THE FINEST FRUIT WOOD, HICKORY AND OAK. MEATS ARE RUBBED WITH TJ'S SPECIAL RUBS MADE UP OF THE FINEST SPICES AND THEN SMOKED TO PERFECTION FOR SEVERAL HOURS AT LOW TEMPERATURES PRODUCING SUCCULENT FALL OFF THE BONE GOODNESS! SERVED WITH OR WITHOUT TJ'S SPECIAL BBQ SAUCES
