        My problem isn't w any of the staff. They were friendly and professional. My problem is that apparently Enterprise have different policies for different groups/areas. If you're one company the policies should be the same across the board for everyone and every scenario, and not different from location to location!

        I rented a vehicle for the weekend while my personal vehicle was being repaired. They were very helpful and polite while assisting me in store and over the phone. After I had the car for a couple of hours they did call as well to check and see if everything was going well and if there was anything I needed. I also rented it on their weekend promo rates and so I got an amazing rate for the whole weekend. The car was clean and in great working order when I received it. I was unable to unbuckle my child's car seat from the rental when i returned it and the gentleman assisted me with that as well. I had no issues or concerns with my rental or any encounter.
