Home buyers beware. I am absolutely disgusted with Pat and his incompetent staff. We were quoted a price during the Parade of Homes, submitted a contingent offer based on that price and was then told a week later that oops, Nicole misquoted you by more than $64,000! Textbook bait and switch by these guys. I got some lame excuse from Pat (the owner) that they weren't armed with the correct sales numbers for the house we put an offer in on. Really?? This house was part of the Parade of Homes and you can't accurately answer a direct pricing question for a home you paid to have a sales person camped out in for several weeks? After hearing the news that Pats sales staff can't do basic math, we were contacted 3 different times with 3 different sets of numbers from the same sales agent. We ended up having a face to face meeting with Pat, Nicole and my agent to see if we could come to an understanding. After the owner showed up 35 minutes late, he and Nicole fumbled through numbers and were obviously making things up on the fly. Pat could rattle off the difference in price from going from a concrete porch to a cedar porch, but couldn't tell us the base price of a house he designed, built and sells. What a joke. Fast forward 1 week: We called to give them one more chance to quote numbers for a custom build. This time we got Julie. We had 15 line items we wanted them to bid out. They addressed 5 of them. We also asked for 2 different models to be quoted. They quoted only 1. We literally felt like we were begging them to take our business and they couldn't give us the time of day. Either the owner doesn't have a handle on his team, or they are all just plain incompetent. They are dishonest, lack integrity and have no clue what customer service is. DO NOT BUILD WITH THEM- EVER

Moved in last week, love my house! Pat is honest and stands by his word. If your looking for a builder, i highly recommend them.
