        1) had to idea why I was at a scheduled appointment which is 2.5 hours of driving time for me.
        2) did not even remember taking impressions twice nor where my partial denture was in the process.
        3 Told will be delivered on Thursday 2/18 and that I can get on Friday 2)19

        4) I called to see and still no teeth have arrived, but wants to reschedule me for the next Wednesday???? seriously, is this a joke?
        5) I requested a phone call when Fed Ex delivers them as they now say that this is the day they will arrive. Yet having them agree to call was like pulling teeth. they rather reschedule for next wednesday, but they finally did agree.
        6) Odds are if I receive a call it will only be at the end of the day to give them the opportunity to push me into next week.
        People, I live by Canada and he is in Farmington...
        AN APOLOGY WOULD HAVE BEEN APPRECIATED AND MUCH FRUSTRATION AVOIDED.
