American Satellite

Extremely rude and condescending. Went in to get comparison between Dish and Direct. Jim was hateful and would not allow me to completely ask questions without hateful interruption.

Will not go back and strong advisense people to either call Direct or Dish and avoid American Satellite completely.

My wife and I recently switched to Dish Network and we decided to call Jim at our local satellite provider and he and his crew did an outstanding job from the initial call explaining the process! The crew went above and beyond to how I wanted the cable to be ran through our house. They listened to our wants and met every request we asked for and we couldn't be more happier!
