Used other companys in the past and was disapointed. The cars were old and not clean.
I booked my wedding with Millennium the limo was new, clean, and the service was excellent.
I will only rent from Millennium. Thank you for the great service!!!

Used them for the Wiz Khalifa concert on 08/05. They had the best price and the best looking vehicles. The driver was on time and very nice. I will be renting from these guys in the future, very happy with the service

One of the WORST EXPERIENCE....had 26 kids on one of the party buses. Someone was drinnking on the bus, driver went through the kids stiff and foumd alcohol, SO HE DECIDED TO LEAVE THEM ALL IN DOWNTOWN DETROIT TO FEND FOR THEMSELVES!!!! What a freakin nightmare!!

just wanted to say thank you for a job well done on our wedding day May 12th. Our chauffeur was very polite, & attentive, he even backed around the circle drive at Meadowbrook Hall to avoid my husband seeing too much of me before the ceremony (i was walking in at the time)

We used them for prom last weekend and they upgraded us to a bigger bus for free! Millennium had the best prices and the newest looking fleet, everyone at the prom wanted to ride in our bus!!

I would never recommend this company to anyone. The driver couldn't figure out what wedding party to pick up (was late picking up the groomsmen and the bride and bridesmaids), ruined the brides moment walking down the isle (he kept saying rude things to her in the church), got us lost after the ceremony so we were never able to take pictures at the reserved location and while the bridal party took pictures at the reception hall at the last second, the driver drank all of the alcohol in the limo. The manager did nothing when the bride called after. horrible horrible horrible. Never hire these people!!!!!

Used them for a concert last week and they upgraded our bus for free to a bigger one. They had the best fleet of all the companies we went to, much cleaner and newer model vehicles.

the hall said use Millennium if I wanted things to go good on my wedding day so I did and they did a great job great limobus and driver thank you so much!!!

I just want to say Millennium Limousines is by far hands down the BEST limo/party bus co. around here all you have to do is go to any concert sporting event and look at other limo/party buses it's not even close

The only reason I am giving this 2 stars instead of 1 is because the original price was excellent for our 36 passenger limo bus and the customer service was good..in the beginning. I made a reservation 6 months in advance, paid a deposit, confirmed twice with the company and then the DAY OF OUR EVENT I got a phone call at 9:30 am saying that the bus overheated and they have no transportation for us. No other options to help us, find us any transportation, etc. Our deposit was refunded but they left us with no transportation when 36 people are expecting to be picked up by 2:30 that same afternoon. Very stressful, I did end up finding someone but it was more expensive by an extra $200. I asked Millenium to pay the difference due to the hassle and inconvenience, I shouldn't have to pay this extra money last minute. I left 2 messages to call me back ASAP and interestingly enough, no word back still from anyone. Almost completely ruined our day if I hadn't found a solution myself but it cost us more money and a lot of headache.

Booked a party bus for my wedding and they gave me a great deal on the bachelor and bachelorette party. Used them in the past and have never had a problem

I called to book a Limo for my friends 40th birthday party. We are Harley Lovers & I actually heard that they have a Harley Truck Limo. I was so impressed with how cool it was. I spoke to the nicest guy when I called. He said he was Limo Greg and & told me all about the Limos they had & gave me a great deal! I Then I watched the video, & actually saw Limo Greg. Too cool! I must say it was a great night & the Limo was so awesome, the driver was fun but also professional. We had a blast! I would highly recommend Millennium Limousines to everyone if they wanna roll w/ style! : )

OK....the driver got to the church on time BUT that was about the only good thing.. The bus was full of friut flies....nasty nasty fruit flies.. It was my sisters wedding so as a bridesmaid we carry alot of stuff with us. Arriving at the reception hall we told the driver we are going to be out after the speeches to grab all of our stuff ( all the girls pruses, jackets, shoes, bags) my sister booked the bus for 3 hours it was 715 when we arrived at the hall. So having the bus till 830 we thought we were fine leaving our stuff on the bus, hell...she paid alot of money for this bus and we still had over an hour to go. After the speeches I went out to get my stuff off the bus and he was GONE so now its about 730/745 as I was walking back in I noticed all the bags, purses, jackets,ect laying on the floor by the front door. NO One has the right to touch my personal items......the driver had stated to one of the girls in the party he had somewhere to be....NO you were paid for this party till 830 and you just took it apond your self to take all the personal belonging and throw them at the front door and leave. You were tipped great and we paid for the service till 830. After finding out about all this bullsh*& my sister (the bride) called to complain and NOTHING got resolved, the manager was rude and did not even offer up a SORRY for all the problems we had with the driver. I wish we hadn't of tipped him, maybe then he would of staying for the remaining contract time and not of touched our personal belonging. Would NEVER suggest this company to anyone.



I am giving this company one star because they should instruct there driver to not touch anyones personal items, stay for the full contract time and allow the party to look over the bus to make sure they didnot lose, or misplace any items.

I booked Milennium for my wedding and was impressed with with bus I was showed in thier showroom (very neat and clean), however the bus that showed up on our wedding had several gnats inside. By several, I mean my ring bearers were playing a game of who could kill the most!!! Also we booked the party bus from 530-830, however when we were dropped off at the reception at 7:20 I advised the driver that we would return in 15 minutes for our belongings..... my maid of honor went to the bus 10 miuntes after and the driver was unloading all of our things into the vestibule and told her that he had somewhere to be and people to pick up...when I received word of this- I went to look for the bus outside and it was gone-- that was at 7:50!! When we returned from our honeymoon I contacted the company to complain....with no resolve. I complained of the gnats and that the driver took our items off the bus aswell as left prior to the end of our contracted time. I was told that he is a responsible person that would never take any of our things and that the driver said he was there till the time contracted---so it ultimately turned into a he said/she said---as for the gnats- I was told...he was suprised by this and maybe it must be that time of year!

Customer satisfaction is not a main priority for this company!!!!

While complaining to the manager, I stated " I would not use your company again, nor would I recommend you to anyone" his response was " Then I think this conversation is over" Wow...way to make your customers happy....question thier integrity---tell them their seeing little bugs....and then ultimately say...ok well the conversation is over!!!!!!! ~Its not all bad...they were there on time and the driver was nice while he was there : )

I used Millennium for my wedding - there were no problems at all, the rate was better than any other company and the vehicles were by far nicer. I rented the Harley Truck and it was awesome an couldn't have been any cleaner, the driver (Jim) was awesome and was very attentive to our needs. It is for sure that I will use Millennium in the future and will recommend them to anyone who is in need of limo service.

Millennium did not give me the cheapest quote when booking a limo for my bachelorette party, but after going to the cheap companies and seeing what they had we booked with Millennium. They were able to show us all their vehicles in their indoor showroom. At the other companies they couldn't even show us the car we wanted, yet they pressured us into booking with them for 50% down. Millennium only needed 100$ down and we had our limo booked. They were kind, helpful, and worked with us to make my bachelorette party special.
