Went for a trial updo, which she just talked through it didn't do much, showed her a few pics and assured me that she would be able to do an up do..said that updo are her specialty...went in a week later for and up do for a wedding as a bridesmate.... She was having a hard time figuring out what to do, the front looked ok as she was doing it but then my sister came in and said what is going on, have you seen the back.... When I took the mirror to see I was in shock..... There was no body to my hair, she literally just twirled little parts of my hair around her finger and pinned them in random places, she didnt use a curling iron... I had her take it down, I was very late and dissapoonted... She did a basic French twist which came out ok, good enough to go but not what I expected and what she told me she could do.., then she wanted me to pay extra because it took her longer and she missed one appointment because she had to redo my hair.... Long story short, mall salon (only salons open Sundays unfortunately) not the place for high expectations :/
