        Overall

        Please be careful dealing with this company. Check around for prices first. We were charged 179.00 for an item that typically sells for 35.00. They refused to credit any amount in fairness.



        Unfortunately it seems as though since their clientele is typically the elderly, they feel they can overcharge.



        Get the make and model of the item and just quickly check online for a rough ideal of rates. Customer service is severely lacking and I don't say that lightly, nor do I write reviews, but it is warranted in this case.
