This is probably the most unprofessional staff I have ever dealt with. But more importantly, their business practices are at best extremely inefficient and possibly fraudulent. While I will not go into monetary amount here, I will say that the records that they made available and claim were the only purchases made are 1/3 of what was charged against the bank records for the client in question.



Their shipping practices are also in question as they ship with no requirement for signature so expect the valuable purchases to be left in plain site on your door step where anyone can walk off with them.
