        Worst Bridal Store

        I wish I could give 0 starts. If I had only bought the dress there and not done the alterations there I would have given it a 5 out of 5, because they are great until you give them your money. The alterations are done by the owner and as soon as you've paid for the dress the customer service goes out the window. I had to pay for the alterations- which I have to have someone else fix now- in order to take my dress with me, not to mention being chewed out for my trouble after I asked for them to fix it. (in quote the owner/seamstress said "the dress looks like it fits fine to me" and "if you keep your arms down you wont notice the lace missing". Absolutely awful.
